Salon Etiquette
Since our scheduling is planned to allow the correct time for each
beauty treatment please be punctual. We recommend you arrive at least
fifteen minutes before your scheduled appointment time, so you can change
and begin your relaxing spa experience.
In order to ensure that we provide the best service possible, cancellations must be received twenty-four hours prior to the appointment time or you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the service fee. If notice is not received you will be responsible for the full amount.
When booking Spa packages, we will reserve your appointment by credit card.
To help us keep the spa as tranquil as possible, and as a courtesy to all our guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phones and pagers before entering the spa.
Although our salon caters to both children and adults, it is reserved for adult services only. Please make appropriate child care arrangements during your spa visit.
